It is great news!

Two of our teenage members have been selected for the Welsh Cadet Winton Cup team.

Thomas Gibbins and Ben Rees have been selected, Thomas at men's foil and Ben at men's sabre.

They will compete at Millfield school over the weekend 17/18 December.

The coaches and other club members wish them all the best.

Grant awarded for state of the art equipment at club.

The club has been awarded a grant from Swansea SPORTSLOT committee for the purchase of 12 swords for youth competitions and for 2 electronic targets. The FAVERO Electronic target especially designed for fencing training. YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmrgT9eYmGs We will now have 2 of these available at the club to alllow fencers to practice point control and speed of attack using pre-set programs designed by the coaches when not fencing in pools and when not taking 1 to 1 lessons.
