It is great news!

Two of our teenage members have been selected for the Welsh Cadet Winton Cup team.

Thomas Gibbins and Ben Rees have been selected, Thomas at men's foil and Ben at men's sabre.

They will compete at Millfield school over the weekend 17/18 December.

The coaches and other club members wish them all the best.

Eight young fencers qualify from our club to the Britsh Youth Championships

Over the weekend a number of young fencers from the club attended the Welsh qualification rounds for the British Youth Championships, to be held at the British fencing centre of excellence in Sheffield over the Easter Weekend. We came home with 4 gold medals and 4 silver medals in total, quite a haul for such a new club! We are now trying to arrange our club trip to Sheffield!
